How We Ship
We operate as a dropshipping store. This means when you place an order, it is fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our trusted third-party supplier. We do not stock or physically handle products ourselves.
To keep our prices as low as possible, we use the most affordable shipping methods available. We pass those savings directly on to you.
Delivery Times
Because we use budget-friendly shipping to keep costs down, please allow extra time for your order to arrive:
• Standard shipping: 7–21 business days
• International orders may take longer depending on customs and local carriers
• Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, major sales events)
We know waiting can be frustrating. We appreciate your patience — the lower prices are made possible by using economy shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after your order is placed for tracking information to become active.
If your tracking number is not showing results yet, please wait 48–72 hours and try again. This is normal with economy shipping carriers.

Why does shipping take so long?
We ship at the lowest possible cost so we can offer you the best prices. Economy shipping takes longer than express options, but it allows us to keep product prices low. If you need faster delivery, please contact us before ordering and we can discuss express shipping options.
My order hasn’t arrived after 21 business days. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us. We will investigate with the supplier and either resend the order or issue a full refund.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders follow the same low-cost shipping approach and may take 14–30 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Who pays customs and import fees?
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in our pricing and are beyond our control.
